7-24-2010 We attended the Memorial Service for our very dear friend, Mrs. Pam Ruggie of Pevensey Miniature Pinschers, who past away the 15th of this month. Pam was a truly great lady with a strong fortitude and a tender heart. She will be greatly missed. Luis is still recooperating from his surgery and doing slightly better. It has been a very tough few weeks here in Florida; but with the great comraderie of our minpin friends here in Florida and across the country, we will all lean a little on each other and make it through.
7-20-2010 Huge Congratulations to Luis Daniel Fernando Hernandez in Spain! Lulin Unbridled Adventure "Artie" is a Portugal Champion! He recieved a CIC CACIB 1st Excellent this past week to finish his Portugal championship! Luis is very,very happy. He says that a 100% American bred miniature pinscher has a very hard time finishing under the European judges. Again, CONGRATULATIONS Luis! This makes the whole litter of "Travis" BIS Ch. Pevensey's Wild N Bold and Ch. Lulin Dancing in the Wind, "Windy", an all champion litter. ( just not all AKC champions)
6-26-2010 Congratulations to Jennifer Littrell and Lulin Rum N Coke, a Moji son, who won Winners Dog in the Pacific North West! Jennifer has done very well owner/handling her first minpin!
6-12-2010 Congratulations to Aileen Hinkle and Lulin Marlex Paco Rabanne, a Moji Son, winning more points in California competition. Paco is a real lover and is very excited about showing!
5-10-2010 Well. back from the National and still flying high!!! What a wonderful week, full of great memories and rekindling of old friendships and making new friends also. Our handsome, sound, happy, beautiful BISS Ch. Marlex Lulin Mojito, "Moji" had the time of his life! The first night was the Top 20 Event and Moji strutted his stuff with his buddy, Armando on the lead. It had been a long time since the two had marched in the ring together and it looked as if they had never been apart! After the judges did their secret tabulations on each dog in the ring, the spectators had their say in the voting. "MOJI WON the PEOPLES CHOICE AWARD! We were very excited and very honored! On Friday evening at the Annual Awards Dinner, I sat patiently at our table, hands folded and staring at the tablecloth with words of congratulations formed for the winner and hoping to smile graciously to the owners of the Top 20 winner. When they announced that the Winner was #9......the tears started flowing!!! Happy tears!! Our Moji had won the 2010 MPCA TOP 20 AWARD!!!!! The very experienced and knowledgable judges were AKC Judge Mr.Darrell Vice, Respected Breeder Barbara Stamm of March On Kennel, and Professional Handler/ Breeder Mrs. Pam Dzuik.
Congratulations to Jennifer and John Littrell, owners of Lulin Rum N Coke, a Moji son, for his #2 placement in the 12-18 month dog class and his placement in his Junior Sweepstakes class! He had some extremely nice compliments from exhibitors and spectators ringside.
Congratulations to Aileen Hinkle, owner of Lulin Marlex Paco Rabanne, a Moji son, for his #3 placement in the 6-9 month dog class in the Sweepstakes. This boy is such a strong mover!
Congratulations to Armando Angelbello and Leah Monte with their beautiful BISS CH Marlex Classic Red Glare! Best of Breed at the NWMPC Specialty, the day after the National, and her Best of Opposite Sex at the MPCA National!

4-10-10 Not quite the show news we usually post, but Luis won Champion Pullet with our little serama hen, Lulin Just a Joy, at the SCNA Cajun Classic
Serama show! It is the National for the Serama. He met the top breeders in the serama world and had a blast with all those "serama people".

2-5-2010 "DiDi", our Ch. Lulin Travis Delight, has given birth to 3 red "Moji", Ch. Marlex Lulin Mojito, puppies. 2 boys and 1 girl.
Their photos are on the Litters link on the left. She is a wonderful mom and we are hoping for great movers like her first son,
Ch. Lulin Diamond Chip.
1-24-2010 We had a wonderful time at the Florida Classic Cluster shows here in Brooksville Florida. 10 days of shows and meeting great friends. Dinners and
lunches and super conversations with new friends and old. We took the Moji x Brooke boy puppies to the show for the sights and sounds.
They met everyone and had a ball prancing up and down on the grass.
Linda was judging an Australian Cattle dog sweepstakes at these shows, so there was no showing on our part.
Congratulations to Kim and Robin on the great Best in Show award with BIS Ch. Kimro's Soldier Boy. What a thrill for his owners, handler and
breeders. Armando's "Classy" is now Ch. Marlex Classic Red Glare with 2 more group placings to her credit. Marsha and Pam
finished their black and rust male and the majors were shared all around. It was a great time.
1-15-2010 Happy new year to all! Luis went to the Classic Cluster shows here in Brooksville with our friend Armando Angelbello.
Moji is at home taking care of his "family" and definitely looking splendid!
Marlex Classic Red Glare made her debut in the ring and got WB at 6 months and 3 days, Moji's sister CH. Marlex Black Diamond was BOB.
2nd day in the ring, Marlex Classic Red Glare wins Best of Breed over top specials with Luis handling
and goes on to win TOY GROUP 1ST handled by Armando!!

the National President of the German Kennel Club. Luis is very estatic about "Arti's" successes in Spain. We are very happy for him.

11-15-09 Lulin Daquiri won Winners Dog both days this weekend for his owner, Denise Tudor-Hayes. He now has both his majors and needs 4 points
to finish his championship! That is quite a feat for a newbie in minpins!
Lulin RumNCoke went Winners Dog one day this weekend for his owner, Jennifer Littrell, who is also new to minpins.

Took the new puppies to the show site so they could get use to all the commotion. They did wonderful.
They loved all the show noises and dogs around them and meeting new people.
11-14-09 Our prayers were answered! BISS Ch. Marlex Lulin Mojito is back and doing great! 1st day back in the ring with a Best of Breed and a
Group Placing! He looked so good prancing around that big group ring again with Armando. The ringside comments and the applause
for our boy was wonderful! What a great pair they make in the ring.

He is a very good boy and loving all the extra attention at home. Though, his puppies would love to pounce on Pop all day long.

8-06-09 Due to Moji's injury from the fall in the motel parking lot, the new Champion Lulin Diamond Chip, "Chippy" was moved up to the Best of Breed ring
and took Best of Breed and a Toy Group 3!! What a thrill for a 7 month 5 day old puppy!!
8-02-09 Today Lulin Dacquiri, the "Moji"x Windy son owned by Denise Tudor-hayes of Ohio, won a 3 point major under judge Dana Kline!
